Plotting a Roadmap to Success – Strategic Business
Planning & Advising
Our typical engagement:
Minimum 6 months
First month:
Develop and implement business plan (either in-person
or on the phone)
Second to Sixth month:
Conduct weekly or bi-weekly
meetings (either in-person or on the phone)
Getting on Track - Strategic Planning
Business plan development only no advising
Follow-up meetings are conducted on a monthly basis, depending on client’s needs
Staying the Course - Business Advising
Weekly, monthly or one-time business advising sessions, billed on
an hourly basis
These sessions can be used for obtaining feedback, addressing specific
issues, or discussing programs that can help grow your business
Generating More Revenue – Sales & Marketing
Planning We establish your sales & marketing goals and budget. We then
define your target market, message, and competitive advantage.
We also determine pricing guidelines, service offering and gross
margin. Lastly, we launch your promotional efforts to generate
referrals and leads.
